Royal Romans in the Fog

This is my third Numpad-Chess-Lines puzzle after Chess Lines and Minor Pieces. It focuses in on the Numpad-King-Line and the interaction with XV clues. Thanks to the CtC fan discord for testing and feedback!
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- The grid is partially covered in fog. Plcing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area.
- Digits joined by a red V sum to 5. Digits joined by an blue X sum to 10. Not all Xs and Vs are given.
- Adjacent digits on a king line must form a valid king move on a 3x3 Numpad. For example, 1 can only be adjacent to 2, 4 or 5. A longer run on a king line could be 123685486.
Examples
Two adjacent digits on a king line must always be (orthogonally or diagonally) connected on a 3x3 numpad. A digit in a corner always has three differet options for their neighbors. 1 could connect to 2, 4 or 5. A digit on an edge has 5 possible neighbors. 2 could connect to 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The digit in the middle (the 5) can connect to every digit except 5. A longer run on a king line could be 123685486.

I'm not usually good at fog puzzles - I inevitably think I've found something, and fill it in, only to find out through the fog mechanism that I'm wrong, which in and of itself is a clue. This, however, was a blast of a puzzle! Thanks for setting and sharing!

This is a great puzzle. It took me a while to get my head around how the constraints of the kings line would help solve this. This was a great introduction to this rule set for me.
