Sweetspot (Doublers & Region Sum)

Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum Lines: Values along region sum lines must have the same sum in each 3x3 box entered by the line.
- Doubler Cells: Each row, column and box contains exactly one doubler cell. Digits in doubler cells count as twice their value for the purposes of the sum lines.

Do the doubler cells have to be a complete set of the digits 1-9?

I have decided to make it a bit easier. (Added the given digit to make the break in not extremely brutal)
