- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Along each blue line, digits in each region must sum to the same total. If a line has multiple disconnected segments within a region, these segments are summed separately.
- Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits with a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.

Thanks for the excellent puzzle! I got a little stuck at the start but I once I saw the break-in it all went very quickly and smoothly.

Great puzzle! I'm glad to see a puzzle this easy with a proper rating of 98%. I think most easy puzzles start out with a fun break-in and then leave you with the tedious task of going through the motions of doing plain jane sudoku. This puzzle isn't like that. It's a beautiful melding of ordinary sudoku and the two other constraints. Wonderful job setting this--it's the perfect example of what a "very nice" and "easy" puzzle should look like.
