Double Arrows: Digits along a line sum to same total as the digits in the circles connected to the line.
Each double arrow also forms a modular line, including the circles at the ends of the double arrow.
Modular lines: Any set of three adjacent digits along a modular line has three different remainders when divided by 3.

Maybe I was not concentrated when I solved it, but there was much room for overseeing options. But the mechanics are quite nice and I was glad to solve it in the end. But I must confess that the checker was helpful in spotting my errors in the way...

Definitely a tough solve, but that made it all the more rewarding! I love the symmetry on this one and I think this is the first compelling use of double arrows I've seen... great interplay with the modular lines.

Such a fun puzzle to solve!. Lovely interaction between the two constraints. I would encourage more people to give this a try. Thanks for setting.
