Dutch Flat Mates (Silent Killer)

This puzzle uses a ruleset introduced by juggler. Don't hesitate to look to their nice series.

Normal sudoku rules apply.
- 5's live in Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Silent Killer : Digits in a cage must not repeat and sum to the number in the cell pointed at by the cage's top left most corner. For example, r1c6 is the sum of r2c7 and r3c7

Very enjoyable to solve, it has a good flow to it. And nice to see a new usage of the Silent Killer mechanic!
