This puzzle was inspired by a discussion I had with damasosos92 about overlapping regions and some of the interesting geometry possible. I highly encourage you check out some of their puzzles with this rule set, including Overlaps and A Wonderful Discovery.

Rules:

• Overlaps: Each square is the center of a 3x3 box. Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or aforementioned box.
• Arrows: A digit in a circle must equal the sum of the digits on its attached arrow. Digits may repeat along the arrows if allowed by other rules.
• Kropki pairs: Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive, and digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
