Fillomino: Divide the grid into regions of size 1-9. Regions of the same size may not be adjacent. The digit in each cell is the size of the region it belongs to.
Filloku: Regions of the same size cannot share a row or column.
Arrows: Cells with an arrow indicate how many region borders there are in the direction of each arrow. There is a border any time two adjacent cells belong to different regions.
Cells with multiple arrows count each direction independently
This is the last (for now) in a series of puzzles with this ruleset and the most challenging of the set. I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the rules by doing Faultline (Filloku #4) and/or Doom Loop (Filloku #6) first.
Solution code: column 2, top to bottom.
