Variant Sudoku

Normal sudoku rules apply. Standard palindrome, little killer, and kropki (no negative constraint) rules apply. To wit: digits along the palindrome lines must read the same forward and backwards. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. Neighboring digits marked with a white Kropki dot are consecutive. Neighboring digits marked with a black Kropki dot have a 2 to 1 ratio. Not all dots are given. I think this puzzle is 2 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome. Thanks!
