Fractured Lines

This is Sequel to Whose Line is it Anyway? which was well received. The implementation here is a tougher solve though.
Rules.
Classic sudoku rules apply.
Cages total to the value shown in their top left corner. Digits in cages may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Blue lines contain all of the digits from 1 to 9 with only one of the digits repeating. The repeating number may be different on each blue line and is to be determined .

The only cautious thing one needs to keep in mind is that digits *can* repeat within a cage. Other than that, it’s pretty smooth and manageable.

Thanks for the nice puzzle. I suggest you hide the comment about the repeated digit, since that will be a spoiler for other solvers.
