Egg's Stolen Flats

Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
• 5's Live In Dutch Flats (Thanks Flinty): All 5's in the grid must strictly have EITHER; a '1' directly above it AND/OR a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
• The YELLOW and GREEN shaded regions contain all digits 1-9, and do not repeat within their respective colours.
• Thermometers: Digits must strictly increase along the thermometer starting from the bulb end.

Well done again. I'm sure Flinty appreciates the Flat Mates style getting more traction with other setters. This is a very nice puzzle.

I forgot the Dutch Flats -rule, after using it once in the very beginning. Still managed to solve it though, nice puzzle!
