Wanna Take This Outside?

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Clues outside the grid are a mix of the following different clue types:
A - 'Numbered Rooms': a clue shows the Nth digit, where N is the first digit in that row/column from that direction.
B - 'Sandwich': a clue shows the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in that row/column.
C - 'Skyscrapers': if each cell represents a skyscraper with the height of the digit it contains, a clue shows how many skyscrapers can be seen in that row/column from that direction.
D - 'X-sums': a clue shows the sum of the first N digits in the row/column from the direction of the clue, where N is the first digit in that row/column.
Every clue represents at least two of the above clue types simultaneously, and no two clues are the same combination of clue types.
(For reference purposes, solvers are able to use corner pencil marks with the letter tool in the 'cells' where clues appear)
