Blue thermos are slow thermos, numbers must be strictly increasing or stay the same from the round bulb to the end if allowed by sudoku rules.
Grey thermos are normal thermos, numbers must be strictly increasing from the round bulb to the end.

I got off to a flyer and then quite bogged down. I think classic Sudoku let me down. Anyway resulted to colouring the squares left and it all solved.

Being new to variant Sudoku this was a beautiful puzzle to get to grips with slow thermometers.
