One for all

Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place 1-9 into each row, column and box.
Nonconsecutive: No two orthogonally adjacent cells can contain consecutive digits.
e.g. if R1C1 contains 4, then neither R1C2 nor R2C1 contains either 3 or 5.
Box indexer: If the cell in position P in its box contains the digit D, then the cell with position D in the same box contains the digit P.
Cell positions start at 1 at the top left and increase along the row, continuing on subsequent rows as follows:
1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
e.g. if box 1 position 2 (i.e. R1C2) is a 6, then box 1 position 6 (i.e. R2C3) is a 2.

after considering the implications of the rules, start with box 5 and column 5.

Lovely stuff. There's something about the way indexing puzzles unfold that's always so satisfying.
