Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 without repeating in each row/column/region. Regions are to be determined by the solver.
No 2x2 section of the grid may belong to a single region. A line will always begin and end within the same region, and no other cell on that line may belong to the region containing its endpoints.
Shifter Lines - Along lime lines, digits must share parity (even/odd) and polarity (high/low). When crossing a region border, exactly one of these attributes must change. (5 cannot appear on a shifter line, as it has no polarity).
Kropki - Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive digits. Digits separated by a black dot share a 2:1 ratio.
XV - Digits separated by a V sum to 5. Digits separated by an X sum to 10.
Solution code: Row 3 followed by column 7, 18 digits no spaces.

I struggled a lot with the regions, but eventually managed to get them sorted. Filling the digits in was a lot more straightforward but the logic and deductions were truly magnificent. Excellent puzzle.

Fantastic puzzle! The region building was diabolically clever. The shifter lines were new to me and hard to fully grasp at first, but they are really powerful. Thank you

Excellent construction! The shifter lines allow for some really interesting interactions.

In the rules, when it's said "A line will always begin and end within the same region", you mean the shifter lines?
