- Digits within the white circles must appear exactly TWICE in the 4 surrounding cells and all instances where this is possible are given.

Nice puzzle. 2* difficulty. Enjoyed the stated constraints as well as the hidden constraint mentioned ever so subtly., which makes the solve a breeze!
