I noticed an interesting arrangement of cages while solving a newspaper killer Sudoku,
so I thought I would incorporate the logic into a puzzle. Estimated difficulty 2-3 stars.

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat in cages and sum to the cage total if given. An inequality sign points to the smaller digit.
