Wichtel 2022 (8): Kornkreis auf dem Acker

To Christmas 2022 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.
A farmer has a conventional field with fences, and would like to draw a crop circle (loop) on it.
Aqre (Borders): Blacken some cells such that all black cells are connected, and no straight line of blackened nor unblackened cells is more than three cells in length. The thick walls indicate that exactly one of the bordering cells is blackened.
Loop: Draw a loop inside the caged area which moves from one cell center orthogonally to the next and enters each cell exactly once. On blackened cells, the loop must go straight, and in white cells it must turn.

Solution code: Row 8, followed by column 3. For each group of successive black cells, enter their length. Ignore the path and white cells.
