After my first Zipper puzzle got really good feedback I decided to publish another one. This time, it is more of a coloring/lettering puzzle, hence the Bob Ross reference in the title. Zipper lines are a new constraint from Jaze. You can find more puzzles by the inventor on the CtC fan discord.
Here is a 4 by 4 example from Jaze (left) and it's solution (right). Notice how the ends of each line sum to the digit in the center of the line. Additionally, the long line also contains two more sums 4=1+3=1+3=2+2. You can play the example here.
Lösungscode: Row 1

I couldn't figure out how to use coloring/lettering to solve this. I'd really like to know how. In the end I was able to solve it using logic and T/E. Thanks for an enjoyable puzzle.

gdc: I just sent you the opening logic via discord. I suspect you are just missing one deduction that I won't spoil here.

Not sure if its just inexperience with 6x6 but I found placing the initial digits harder than the 9x9, but after that much easier. Still a very enjoyable solve!

A very nice follow-up. I'm not usually the biggest fan of 6x6 but this was quite enjoyable.

Remove paragraph on difficulty. It seems I viewed the puzzle as more difficult than it turned out to be.

This puzzle has some very clever steps, and made me experience the "Joy of Solving" :)

@Soothsayer according to the click to solve ratio so far, the 9 by 9 is probably the easier one. Maybe it's because you got used to the lines, or you are just better with the coloring logic here than with the pointing-pairs logic of the 9 by 9. In any case, thanks for the kind words!

EDIT: I was wrong. I was just looking at the number of registered solves on LMD. The CtC solve count is actually pretty high.

Nice puzzle. Thanks for setting. I found it easier than the one from 2 days ago, but maybe I got more used to the constraint.
