Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.

  • Cells in the same relative position in different 3x3 boxes cannot contain the same digits (e.g. r1c1 and r4c7)
  • Cells in the same relative row in different 3x3 boxes that see each other vertically cannot contain the same digits (e.g. r1c1 and r7c2)
  • Cells in the same relative column in different 3x3 boxes that see each other horizontally cannot contain the same digits (e.g. r1c1 and r3c4)
  • Digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to the given total.
  • A clue outside the grid shows the sum of the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat in a diagonal if allowed by the other rules.

I posted a couple of hints in the comments. If you need more hints, ask freely!

Since many people asked, here's a visual clarification for rules 2, 3, and 4. In the following images, cells with the same color must have different digits.

Rule 2 Rule 3 Rule 4

So, for example, in the first image the blue cells are all the top right cells in their 3x3 boxes, so they are all in the same relative position, so they see each other by Rule 2.
In the second image, the blue cells are all in the top row of the left 3x3 boxes. The left 3x3 boxes see each other vertically, and the blue cells are all in the same relative row, so they see each other by Rule 3.
In the third image, the blue cells are all in the left column of the top 3x3 boxes. The top 3x3 boxes see each other horizontally, and the blue cells are all in the same relative column, so they see each other by Rule 4.

Solution code: Digits in row 2

Hints below, don't read if you don't want spoilers!

Hint 1: Can the main diagonals contain repeated digits? Can you generalize the reasoning?

Hint 2: The first digit to uncover is the center of the grid, and it only needs the diagonal clues

Great puzzle. Very hard and very nice!
As r123c123 is one series of 1~9, r123c147 is another series of 1~9, so is r147c123, r147c147, that leads to a new shape of 9 cells distributed in 5 boxs is also a series of 1~9, that's the key towards the solution!
