thanks atk - another enjoyable puzzle. even though i'm familiar with the ruleset i still trip myself up by thinking about the constraint from the wrong direction. one small mistake and i'm gone. But as you always point out, each small deduction is straight forward - just have to be careful.

Fun and challenging puzzle. I think a solver who isn't that familiar with the ruleset will need some time for this one.
