Lie to me, arrow!

There are 2 puzzles here with the same ruleset, inspired by recent Oddlyeven's daily challenge puzzle. The second puzzle is a bit harder than the first one.
Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
Standard kropki dots: white dots separate consecutive digits, black dots separate digits in a 1:2 ratio. No negative constraint (not all dots are necessarily given).
Not standard arrows! For each circle, one of the arrows coming out of it contains digits that sum to the digit in the circle, and the other arrow contains digits that do not sum to the digit in the circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow if allowed by sudoku.
Solve online (SudokuPad):
puzzle 1,
puzzle 2
Lösungscode: digits in row 5 of both puzzles (12 digits, no spaces)

Excellent logic path and use of the liar constraint in each puzzle, especially for how different each one ended up solving.
