@Dotty All instances of one fixed number have to be replaced with another number which may be different each time, but not the same as another number already present in that clue.
So if you have clues {1} and {1,2} and the liar number is 1, then you must replace {1} with one of {2},...,{8}, and you must replace {1,2} with one of {3,2},...,{8,2}. You cannot replace 1 with 2 in the {1,2} clue.
The count of numbers in each clue does not change, in particular, a single clue with the liar number will still be a clue and does not disappear.

I don't really understand the liar's rules. The AI's translation said that 1 number is always false and do not have to applicate. Then it is said that it couldn't be replace by the same number already present in the same cell. Due to the respective quantity of numbers and grey cells, I conclude that we do not have to ignorate the liar number but to replace it by an other number. But is it always the same number ?

No superlatives I can use would do this justice. Brutally hard, and every step so nice. Thank you.
