1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the total given in the upper left corner of the cage.
3. Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all White dots or black dots are necessarily given.
4. Digits outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that column.
5. Digits along a gray thermo must strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.
6. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Solution code: Row 9

Lovely! I like "busy" fields like this.

Like Redpandasage, I forgot about the sandwich clue, scratched my head a bit, then smiled ;-)
Nice easy puzzle.

I totally forgot this was a sandwich puzzle and was scratching my head at the end for a few minutes until I saw the clues on the outside of the grid. Very fun and very approachable!

Nice GAS. Regarding the rating, I wouldn't say this puzzle is rated low. It's over 75%, so it is between nice and very nice. There are others one star puzzles with rating above 95%, so low difficulty doesn't need to imply a low rating. From my point of view it is an average one star puzzle

a fun little puzzle - very easy, basically a GAS.
regarding some of the comments:
1) The 2 sandwich clue IS necessary - unless you want to invoke uniqueness.
2) the thermos ARE necessary - putting them in cages like that are what makes this puzzle a GAS.
3) the "low" quality rating just means that solvers here tend to expect hard puzzles.

Fun solve, thank you for setting!!!
On a side note - I didn’t need any of the numbers to solve it, or any of the lines or shading, or the use of logic, or even any oxygen!!!
I’m just being unnecessarily sarcastic about the comments here :), thank you again for taking the time to set and publish this!

This was nice and easy I think in a very good way. In addition to being a fun solve, I think I would give this to a person just getting into puzzles.

I needed the 2 sandwich for the last few cells, but was able to ignore the thermos and the 3 sandwich and still solve. (This game of 'call out the extra constraints' is fun but silly.)

mattjhussey is correct. Moreover, the 2 sandwich clue in column 7 is not necessary.

Nice puzzle! As michael_787 pointed out, the sandwich clue in column 3 is not needed.

This is such a beautiful puzzle and easy enough for me :) . I loved all the interactions. Bravo, well done

There is a lot going on, especially in box 5. But I like that. One thing though: In my solve, the sandwich clue in column 3 wasn't needed.

Fun solve - thanks :-)
