Normal sudoku rules apply.

Fill Each shaded region with one set of tetronimoes for this puzzle S and Z tetronimoes are the same and J and L are the same

Tetronimoes of the same shape cannot touch each other and no tetronimo can repeat in its region

The Centre of the puzzle does not belong to any region

Each Tetronimo is a killer cage

J and L Tetronimoes Must sum to the value of 22

I Tetronimoes are Thermometers with the bulb either being in the left most cell or the bottom most cell

O Tetronimoes can only contain even digits

T Tetronimoes contain either a maximise or minimise cell in the center

Digits in cages must not repeat and must sum to the small corner total, where given

Cells with outward-facing arrows must contain higher digits than their orthogonal neighbours.

Cells with inward-facing arrows must contain lower digits than their orthogonal neighbours.

Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.
