A little variation on Japanese sums + fillomino, but using parity to separate sums instead of the typical shading.

Rules:

Normal fillomino rules apply: divide the grid into orthogonally-connected regions such that regions of the same size don't touch orthogonally. Each cell within a region contains a digit equal to its size. No region can be larger than 9 cells.

Clues outside the grid indicate the sums of contiguous segments of cells within the row or column that all have the same parity (odd or even). Segments are maximal: they end either at the border of the grid or when meeting a cell of the opposite parity. "?" stands for any digit from 0-9, but the first digit of a clue must not be 0. "*" stands for any number of clues, including none. If there are any clues for a row/column, all sums are given for that row/column and are in the correct order.

Really nice idea ! Enjoyed it :) I was wondering for a moment why it felt much harder than a 3*, got stuck, re-read the rules, and realized I had skipped the part of the rules that says no region of size more than 9...

Fillo puzzles with parity rulesets are so cool! The jsums aspect really makes this shine as well. Thank you for such an inspiring puzzle! Looking forward to tackling vaddsetspi soon :)

Very cool puzzle. Makes good use of parity, and how it is affected by the ruleset.
A little tough in places, but nothing too bad.
