Confluence 2: Dumediat Birthday Edition

This puzzle was made for dumediat's birthday! He suggested I publish it for others to enjoy, so here it is!
Rules:
Each row of 2x3 boxes in the grid consists of two sudoku boxes and two fillomino boxes. Each column of 2x3 boxes consists of three sudoku boxes and three fillomino boxes.
Sudoku Boxes: Each sudoku box contains the digits 1–6 once each. Among the sudoku boxes, digits cannot repeat in the grid’s rows nor columns.
Fillomino Boxes: Divide the cells in these boxes into polyominoes so that no two polyominoes of the same size share an edge. Each cell in a fillomino box contains a number equal to the size of its polyomino. (Note: Fillomino cells may contain numbers greater than 6. Also, a polyomino may cross a box boundary if both boxes are fillomino boxes.)
Arrow: Numbers along an arrow sum to the number in the corresponding circle.
Kropki: Numbers joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Whisper: Adjacent numbers on a green line differ by 3 or more.

very fun! the ever tension of sudoku vs fillomino is so good. tricked by at least one or two cheeky black dots. thanks for the puzzle!
