Split Decision

PUZZLE:
RULES:
"Normal"
Schrödinger rules apply.
(e.g. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column, and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell).
•
Killer: Digits within a cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner. Digits must not repeat within a Killer cage.
•
Kropki: White dots separate two cells containing consecutive digits; Black dots separate two cells where one digit is double the other [ratio of 1:2] (
not all dots are given).
MODIFIERS:
•
Schrödinger Certainty (Restrictive): If a Schrödinger cell falls within a Kropki dot, both digits must satisfy the condition (
i.e. both be consecutive with or both be in a ratio of 1:2 with the digit in the adjacent cell).
•
Stadiometer: From left-to-right, the digits of each Schrödinger cell indicate the two possible row locations of the Schrödinger cell in the next column (e.g. if there is a Schrödinger cell at R1C1 that is a 4/8 pair, there is a Schrödinger cell at either R4C2 or R8C2).
Note: Column 1 is to be considered to be to the right of Column 9 (i.e. the Schrödinger cell in Column 9 will index the Schrödinger cell in Column 1).
INTRODUCTION:
A puzzle dedicated to the wonderful
Christounet, whose work with Schrödinger cells is always inspired, eminently challenging and yet somehow completely approachable (do yourself a favour and go explore their back-catalogue!).
I want to especially thank
SirWoezel for helping to get the puzzle down to a unique solution.
Here are the other entries in the "
Stadiometer" series, for those interested:

Beautiful logic throughout. What a crazy puzzle! And a nice tribute to a wonderful setter.

Schrodinger really throws a wrench into normal logic which is great. And here you wrenched it even odder than usual since the digits count separately instead of together for the dots. Interesting take.

Wow, that was a marvelous tour de force. Quite tricky but I loved every second of it. Thanks!
