German Whispers: figures along a green line have a difference of at least 5 to their neighbor(s).
Kropki: cells linked with a white dot are consecutive. Cells linked with a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
In one of the 9 main 3x3 blocks is a magic square (the sum of the figures in each row, column and diagonal is the same)

Starting help for the logical path (in white letters):
First, you should be aware of the detailed characteristics of a Magic Square. In connection with the German Whispers lines, only one 3x3 block is possible. After that, have a close look at the right column.

Great puzzle, didn't see the starting help until after I finished it, so without that starting help it was a bit tough, but also doable.
