Normal sudoku rules apply within the 9x9 grid.
Correctly placed digits in the 9x9 grid clear the fog around them (digits placed in the outer perimeter do NOT clear fog, even if correct).
Numbers in the grid represent the heights of skyscrapers, and clues in the outer perimeter indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row or column, looking in that direction.
Digits on arrows sum to the single-digit number in the connected circle, and can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
