Im sorry but this puZle has no aolution unless i miaunderstood the rules.
C1r2 ia a 1/or 2 since it is r5c3. And sees 3 high digits on whisper line.
Both 1 and 2 give contradiction
Eg if it is 1 then c2r5 is a 2 c5r6 is 8 or 9 because of summing to 9 rule
Then c3r3 iw unsolveable. Must be adjacent to a 7. Byt it is nor 1,,2,3.
Please help

_Orthogonally_ adjacent digits must not sum to 9.
You can have 7 and 2 diagonally on a whisper line :)
====
i had made some typos. If c1r2 is a 1, Then c3r5 is also a 1. Then c5r2 is a 2.
C3, row 1 and 3 must be 23 pair. Neither can be orthogonally adjacent to a 7. So column 2, row 1 and 3 is 89 pair.
Column 5, row 2 is a 2 since it is not 1 and sees 3 green things. Column 5, row 3 is thus an 8or 9 ; cnnot be 7.
But then there is a problm with column 3, row 3: It must be next to a 6 or 7. So it cannot be 2 or 3. Nor 1 since 1 is in that box already...???

nvm , think i see my error. 2 is possible
