Killer Islands

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Given digits are islands of the size given
every other cell on the island is a Killer cage of value 4 times the island size
Digits cannot repeat in the cages but may repeat on the island
Islands cannot touch either orthogonally or diagonally
The "River" around an island cannot contain lakes. eg. there are no 2x2 cells of water
('X') The digits in those cells must add up to 10.
Even: Digits within a grey square must be even
Odd: Digits within a grey circle must be odd

Clarification of rules to say that a digit may repeat on an island but the killer cages will not repeat digits

To clarify the rules: all the digits on an island of size n with n>1 must sum to 5xn? But then there are multiple solutions…
Ah! So every island of size n with n>1 is a cage within only the given digit (size) may repeat. It works.
