After a collaboration between me and Bellsita produced the puzzle Polymorphic Rooms, I figured there was more that could be explored with the rule set. Since the original puzzle used all orthogonal lines, I tried creating a puzzle using only diagonal lines, and this is the result!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Region sum lines: Digits along a blue line sum to the same value in each region it passes through (each box and the outside of the grid are considered regions for the region sum lines). If a line passes through a region more than once, each time it passes through counts separately. Different lines may have different sums.
Numbers placed on lines outside the grid are numbered rooms clues.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Note: In order for the solution check to work properly, all numbered room clues must be filled in.
Lösungscode: Row 9

Very beautiful construction. Takes a while to get the hang of the dependencies, but the flow is impeccable.

Holy smokes! That is the sort of smoothness in a puzzle that every setter dreams of.

Didn't read properly at first and didn't realise that the outside region was included in the number sum rule! After that very smooth and fun :-)

Incredible construction! Everytime I felt "surely, this is getting hard now" another very straightforward deduction popped up.
