Search Nine Sandwiches

The Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- [Sandwich] Clues outside the grid, some of which must be deduced, are sandwich clues, indicating the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column.
- [Search Nine Arrows] Arrows contain a digit that indicate that there is a nine N steps in the direction of the arrow, where N is the number in the cell. Arrows inside of the grid point to 9's inside of the grid, but arrows outside the grid may point to 9's either outside or inside. A number in an arrow outside of the grid also must be a valid sandwich clue.

Change name to "Search Nine" to be more consistent after discovering several puzzles with the name Search Nine instead of Find Nine.

Very interesting logic. Would be nice if CTC version included the ability to write in/colour the edge cells, save some messy notation to keep track of those clues.
