Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5
- Inequality signs point to a digit lower than the digit on the open end
- Digits in cages must sum to the number in the corner
- Digits may not repeat within cages
- The numbers a b and c must be determined by the solver
