When you say all dots are given, do you mean "all Kropki dots are given" (including the white ones), or only "all black dots are given"?

olima: Only black dots are mentioned in the rules. So the negative constraint only applies to black dots.

But if there are only one type of dot on the puzzle, the rules should just say "dots indicate digits in a 1:2 ratio". And then "all dots are given" would make sense. But to specify "black dots" makes it seem like white dots also 'exist' even if there are none shown, which is why I asked for clarification :-)
