Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Look-and-Say Little Killers: Clues outside the grid should be read as a look-and-say number, which says the number of times a digit appears along the indicated diagonal.
For example, a look-and-say clue of 25 would indicate that two 5's appear along the diagonal.

An approachable, interesting, and smooth solve with one surprisingly tricky step. Personally, I found that tricky step to be very satisfying to overcome. Cool idea!
