Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the arrow's circle

I looked at the original title, which led me to attempt the puzzle in one way, but never quite getting there. Then I restarted with a completely different approach and ended up solving it, and proving my initial idea along the way.

Very nice puzzle, thanks for posting. The title sent me looking for completely the wrong way to start though!
