Proximity Sum Sudoku

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Digits in circles must sum to the digit in the closest square (distance is measured in king moves, ie. the amount of moves it takes for a king in chess to go from cell a to cell b) If a circled digit is equidistant from two or more squares, the value of the digit is split between them at any ratio.ie, if r3c7 is a 3, then the value added to r4c6 and r3c8 can be split as 3-0, 2-1, 1-2, or 0-3.
