The large thermo's bulb is obscured by an arrow circle in the F-puzzles image render - it is in row 9. The bulb is visible when opened in SudokuPad.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Normal Arrow rules apply (digits on the arrow must sum to the digit in the circle).

Normal Thermo rules apply (digits on a gray thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb to the tip).

Clues outside the grid are the *multiplication product* of the sandwich value and the skyscraper value in the row or column.
- The sandwich value is the sum of the digits between 1 and 9 in the row or column.
- The skyscraper value counts the number of ascending digits in the row or column, starting with the cell closest to the clue. Ascending digits are digits which are larger than all previous digits in the row or column (the first digit is always an ascending digit).
- Each ? in a clue represents a digit. The leading digit in a two-digit or three-digit clue cannot be zero. A single ? may be a zero. Different ? may be the same digit. Different clues may have the same value.

For example, the sequence 253671498 has a skyscraper value of 5, because 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9 are ascending digits. This sequence has a sandwich value of 4. The product of the two values is 20.
