I've always wanted to create a suguru deconstruction puzzle, and after seeing AstralSky's "Shrinking Killer" I immediately knew this ruleset would be perfect for me to start off, so enjoy!

1. Fill some cells in the grid with the digits 1-9 such that no digit repeats in a row or column. Cells with a line or connected by a dot must have a digit in them.

2. All digits must belong to a region, which is a collection of orthogonally connected cells. A region of size n contains the digits 1 through n once each. Regions may not touch each other orthogonally, although they may touch each other diagonally.

3. Blue lines are shrinking lines. Starting from the two circles, the next digit on the line is strictly between or equal to the two former digits.

4. All adjacent digits with a ratio of 1:2 are marked by black dots; all adjacent consecutive digits are marked by white dots. The instance of 1 and 2 being adjacent can be marked by either dot.
