Scattered (Negators/Consecutive Pairs/Search Nine)

This is the second puzzle in my series of search nine/negator puzzles. If you would like to try the first puzzle Backfire, you may do so here. I hope that you enjoy!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Negators: Nine cells (one in each row, column and box) are negators, and have values equal to the negative of their digits. Each digit appears in exactly one negator.
- Consecutive pairs: Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive values. Negators affect the value of digits for purposes of this rule.
- Search Nine: The values in arrow cells indicate the distance (with respect to the number of cells) in the indicated direction from that arrow to the 9 (or -9) in that row/column. Negative values on arrows mean that the 9 appears that many cells "behind" the arrows.

Very well constructed indeed, every single step was available as a deduction - but in my current ability range this is beyond two stars for certain. Anyway - it was a different to many other negator puzzles as none of them was a „given“ and as such this was a different kind of hard-earned fun.
>>dumediat: Thank you very much for the kind words! :) I'm glad you had fun solving it. I agree that LMD ratings are not always good indicators of difficulty for any individual solver, I will be very interested to see the spread of ratings on this one once the stats are available.

Fun puzzle! The interaction between the negator cells and the search nine clues felt very natural and lead to a nice, smooth solve.
