Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Sandwich clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in that row or column.
- Digits on Between Lines must have values strictly between the digits in the circled endpoints.
- Digits along a thick palindrome line must form the same sequence of numbers when read starting at either end.

Really lovely puzzle! I ended up coloring the 19 vs other digits first, then solving the rest, so it was like two puzzles in one! Thanks!

Interesting how the crusts get disambiguated, as well as the final deadly pattern. That was not obvious.
