Region Sum Lines - The sum of the numbers on each line is the same each time it enters a 3x3 box.
Killer Cages - The sum of the numbers in each cage is the same value x which is to be determined by the solver.

My apologies to those who attempted this puzzle. There was an error in one of the region sums lines which broke the puzzle. I fixed the error and it solves now.

The puzzle in the picture is not the same as the one in the link but after going through it I am pretty sure neither of them solve. I could be overlooking something but I have restarted it multiple times and keep breaking it the same way everytime.
