Sorry to those who solved the initial version, it had some deductions that I somehow thought to be clean but wasn't. This version eliminates at least most of those. I'm not sure if this is still 5 stars for difficulty, but just in case, I will rate it that.
Rules:
-Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Digits on an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
-Any set of 3 digits along an entropic (orange) line must contain exactly one low (1, 2, 3), one middle (4, 5, 6), and one high (7, 8, 9) digit. The two-cell orange line contains digits that are not in the same group.
-An inequality sign points towards the smaller digit of the two cells it connects.
