Fill every row, column, and box with the digits 0-8.
Draw lines of nonnegative length around the grid; joining each one to a circle to form arrows and thermometers. Lines may not enter the cage or intersect (except where given). The given blue lines are segments of these lines.
Arrow circles (white) must contain the sum of ALL the digits on their line and ZERO more. Thermometers (grey) must increase along their line from the circle.
Every arrow is a different length. Every thermometer is a different length. The cage contains the sum of all arrow circles (written as a 2-digit number).

(Also, it might be worth noting that while the grid has a unique solution, there are a few arrows that can be drawn in multiple ways)

One of the best Sudokus I have ever solved. Simply mindblowing logic from start to finish!
