After the NRW Puzzle was well received by you last week, I came up with the idea of making a friend happy and creating a puzzle about her hometown Hamburg.

The city limits are drawn as a green German Whisper line. The arrow runs along the river Elbe as it flows through Hamburg, from the arrowhead to the sum ovaloid, where the river widens sharply.

Hamburg is divided into 7 districts, realized here by the 7 killer cages. The "X" in Hamburg-Mitte marks the position of the town hall and has the usual function, adding up to 10.

I see it as a 3 star puzzle or higher, as there are some hidden dependencies to be found between the river and the districts.

Rules

1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage (if given).
3. German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must have a difference of at least 5
4. Arrow: Digits along the arrow sum up to the 2-digit number in the pill.
5. X:The 2 adjacent cells connected with an X must sum to 10.
