NRW ( North Rhine-Westphalia )

- A small homage to my homeland North Rhine-Westphalia, the outline is shown as a "German Whisper".
The longest river that flows through NRW, the Rhine, can be seen as a "thermometer", the "Bulg" is located on the state capital Düsseldorf.
The highest mountain, the "Langenberg" is marked as "Maximum". NRW is divided into 5 administrative districts, shown here as "Killer Cages". Note: The 2 administrative districts without a total are not required for the solution, but complete the division of the area.

Notice: The digits in the 3 green fields are needed for the Hesse Puzzle. For this puzzle, the color is irrelevant.
Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Killer: Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage.
- German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must have a difference of at least 5
- Thermo: Digits along a thermometer must increase from the bulb to the tip.
- Fortress: Digit in the shaded cell with inequality symbols must be greater than orthogonally adjacent digits.
