Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Purple lines have to contain consecutive non-repeating digits in any order (renban lines).
Digits on blue lines have to sum to the same total with each pass through a 3x3 region. Every line has a different sum.

Struggled mightily then reread the rules. The last rule made a huge difference.
