• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Numbers in the top-left corner of cells are killer clues.
  • Each killer clue is located in a rectangular killer cage that is either 1-cell-wide or 1-cell-tall, and it gives the sum of the values in that cage.
  • A 1-cell-wide killer cage may overlap with a 1-cell-tall killer cage, though cells with killer clues may only be part of one cage.
  • Any two orthogonally adjacent caged cells must be part of the same cage.
  • Every cage must include a killer clue.
  • All caged cells are orthogonally connected.
• Colored cells in the grid modify the values of digits.
  • Red cells are 'double word' cells. The digits in a cage with a red cell have their values doubled.
  • Blue cells are 'double letter' cells, which double the value of their digits.
  • Green cells are 'triple letter' cells, which triple the value of their digits.
  • A cage may contain any amount of modifiers, including none. If there is more than one modifier, the letter modifiers apply before the word modifiers.
