Epiphany - Chapter II (Numbered Room and Region Sum Line)

After a whole week span project with Japanese Sum and Yin Yang, I decided to look back at another good (yet not so familiar) combo in the past that I'd done once and make another fun puzzle out of it, and at the end I picked Epiphany for this occasion.
Judging the overall difficulty of this one is harder than I expected, I thought that the flow is quite consistent throughout but in the end, I realized that this one is much more approachable than my previous Epiphany one, still the flow should remain fascinating throughout. I hope you enjoy this sequel!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- A clue outside the grid indicates the digit that has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell. For example if R1C1 is a 4 then R4C1 has to be 3.
- For each blue line in the grid, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through.
(the sum may be different for each line)
